I’m 5’6 150 pounds and I got a large. Definitely size up to prepare for shrinkage and if you have a ⌛️ like me. The fabric is a bit thin, and I don’t like the loose orange strings, but it can easily be solved by simply cutting them off. And it’s perfect for preparation for the warmer seasons to come so your not sweating 🥰 And if you’re afraid of ruining the strings just air dry it after you wash 😽
