My son is 5'9 and he usually wears a small in men. These fit in the waist but are too short lengthwise. I'm gonna have to size up to a medium

I purchased these pants because I thought a men's size would be longer. They fit great, except one pant leg was shorter than the other, and because they were not that long, it was a noticeable difference. I like them so much that I am going to render in hopes that the legs are the same length. I am 5'9 and they were just long enough.
