I LOVE this dress! the material is kinda like bandage, the boobs do peep through the bottom a little, so if you have bigger than mine (34DD), it might be a problem. i used tape to hold them up some. i'm 5'6" 195 lbs medium top L-XL bottom. i bought a large, and it fits with room on the waist part. hips fits just right. The only reason i couldn't go down a size is that the arms would have been too tight. length was just right, buy your regular size. oh and the material does have a little sparkle in it very subtle
