No stretch in the boob area but dress it still super cute and roomy. (Size down because of this)

When I received the dress I thought it smelled funny like perfume. Overlooked that, however when I wore it as soon as I left the house the straps popped. Looking further the plastic strings that come on the inside to hang on hanger, both were popped and barely hanging on. Very disappointing b/c FN has been my go-to. Not okay.
