Not stretchy or oversized. Size Up!

Usual Size: 3

Very cute pullover. Soft material. I purchased size 3 for my 2 yr old. Size 3 usually fits big and size 2 is perfect with no room to grow. This pullover is very fitted. It's not a true size 3 and definitely not oversized! A 4 or 5 would have worked better.
