For those with texture sensitivities like myself this is a four star. I could only wear this on a high positive day when sensitivities to texture aren't bother me a lot. The material is thin and the internal fabric is not scratchy but the hard type that if you rub it on you purposely will hurt so if you're autism or adhd it is soooo no the vibe unless you mentally prepare before going out and wanna look cuuuttee. The velvet exterior is exactly like pictured.
