Loose at the bottom

This dress is true to size using the SIZE CHART. . . . . which so many women apparently don't do. I actually love it. I went back and got the black as well. So now I have red and black and they both fit the same. The material is thin but some how still pretty warm. Perfect for 60 degree weather. It's form fitting. There is a built in bra shelf. If you're bigger than a 34G/36DDD, a large won't work for you. My stats: 5'10; 190, 34G bra, 30in waist, 42in hips. Thick muscular thighs, big calves, perky breast implants, muscular arms.
