I just got this today and not even 5 minutes i could not stand being on it. It doesn't have a very good support at all. You're bottom feet is like not touching the surface. The top is loose so it keeps falling off. Unfortunately due to the "policy" i could not request for replacement or exchange. It keeps telling me to provide a valid email address. It's like system doesn't let me finish because of the rating given. So i had to submit with a different email
