This dress is beautiful the only thing is run too small

The dress fits, however the zipper is stuck and won’t zip up… the slit is practically on my hip and the material is so stiff like a Halloween costume. I’m unhappy because it says it’s not eligible for return so I’m stuck with a dress I can’t wear.
