I ordered a few other pairs of shorts from here with this order all in a large. The other two fit me very well, these, however, are waaaaay too small. I couldn't get them over my butt. Not meant for your actual size. My measurements: 35 bust 29/30 waist, 36 hips 5'9" 168 lbs

I've learned that Fashion Nova shorts are a hit or miss, I usually order the wrong size and they are too small even though it's the size I wear. So I ordered these in a M and they fit perfectly! I'm 5"5 1/2, 26' waist and btw 127-130 pounds, normally I wear an S or sometimes an XS but these run small so order the M if you are normally a true S. At times, the waist could be smaller but I just put on a belt because it fits my thighs perfectly, I work out so even though my thighs are slim they still have muscle. Love the color and not too short.
